This article explains how to use the AND function and the OR function in Google Sheets.
IF Function with Multiple Conditions in Excel and Google Sheets
The logical functions AND and OR are two of the most well-known in Google Sheets. They test whether the output of two or more target cells meets conditions you specify. They return only one of two results (or Boolean values) in the cell where they are used, TRUE or FALSE.
The AND function tests formulas in multiple cells and returns a TRUE response only if they are all true. Otherwise, it returns FALSE.
Meanwhile, the OR function returns a TRUE response if any of the tested formulas are true. It returns a FALSE value only if all of the formulas are false.
