Do you ever use Microsoft Word to create the same document over and over again? Maybe you create weekly employee reports or a monthly newsletter. Whatever the case, you can easily create these documents by saving your own formatting in Word.
In the document you want to save in a new format, select the Styles pane, located on the far right of the toolbar.
Select New Style at the top of the Styles pane.
