Sometimes you can benefit from a little extra help beyond the tools in the toolbar. Microsoft Word is full of hidden shortcuts that you can use to improve your productivity and get things done faster. Here are our favorites.

Do you ever use Microsoft Word to create the same document over and over again? Maybe you create weekly employee reports or a monthly newsletter. Whatever the case, you can easily create these documents by saving your own formatting in Word.

In the document you want to save in a new format, select the Styles pane, located on the far right of the toolbar.

Select New Style at the top of the Styles pane.
