TL;DR: Turtle Beach is known for making great headsets and I find these to be the most comfortable headphones out there. They sound great and have good app support.

I've been using the Turtle Beach Stealth Pro for over a year now and I still laugh at how good they sound. Let's cut to the chase: they're expensive and their Mac support is terrible, but if you can justify the cost, you'll be happy with them.

The headset is quite heavy, but it pulls me into what I'm playing and blocks out all the real world noise around me. It's also super comfortable when playing for long periods of time.
