I've played through all of the professions in Dragon's Dogma 2 so far, and while I'm not done with the game yet, there are a few professions that really stand out as being extremely fun to play. The smoothness of the action and reliability are two major factors I look at when determining the level of fun.
How much of my own ability is required to make the calling sing? As such, the following callings are the most fun to play if you are in the same boat as I am.
The Thief is, in my opinion, the most fun vocation to play in Dragon's Dogma 2. The gameplay is extremely smooth and fluid, and it has several crazy, unique abilities that you don't get from any other vocation. The class has a place in all parts of the game due to its natural ability to steal items from enemies, and the damage it does in the scenarios it excels in is pretty much unmatched.
