When teaching Mega Rayquaza its best moves, you’ll want to give it the fast move Dragon Tail and the charged moves Dragon Ascent and Outrage. These are better choices to use during a Pokémon Go raid, especially since you should consider Mega Rayquaza for these battles instead of against other players.
There are only two fast moves available for Mega Rayquaza: Air Slash and Dragon Tail. While Air Slash is a solid choice, Dragon Tail is the better one since it can do slightly more damage.
