Wealth Hand is a rare shadow that you will encounter while exploring Tartarus. You can usually spot one easily, as it keeps its normal form intact even when not in combat. Kirijo will also occasionally inform you of its presence on the current floor.
Wealth Hand is weak to Strike Damage (indicated by a fist icon next to your skill). Junpei Iori is your best candidate to defeat Wealth Hand because of his move "Bash." Once Junpei casts Bash, use an All-Out attack on Wealth Hand and repeat the process as necessary.
Defeating Wealth Hand will give you a ton of EXP (around 250-300) and an item called Wordly Coin, which sells for 1,000 Yen. Since Wealth Hand is found on floors 1-26, I recommend using this strategy to earn a lot of XP and Yen.
