Cole is originally from San Diego, California. She has been working behind the chair for over 20 years. Currently, when she’s not in the salon, she works as a freelance instructor for The Wella Company. Three years ago, Cole opened Bristol Hairdressing in San Diego, California. She runs an artisanal family hair salon and works with her daughter and protégé, Sasha. During quarantine, they opened a second location in Reno, Nevada. When Cole isn’t hard at work behind the chair, she teaches classes all over the West Coast and runs an Instagram resource group @Support_Your_Local_Hairdresser. Recently, she’s had the privilege of collaborating on live haircutting events with icons like celebrity hairstylist Nick Arrojo and video education with brands like Ibiza Hair Tools.
