The Thaumaturge – Ultimate Beginner's Guide | How to Get the Perfect Start
As you play through The, you will occasionally get the chance to deal with Flaws. This is often a necessity when fighting a Salutor, but can also be optional. Also, during some side and main quests, you will get the chance to relieve someone of a Flaw who is not affected by a Salutor.
To examine the Flaws you have, press O (or up on the D-pad) to open the Thaumaturgy menu and press X twice to access the Flaws section. At the start of the game, you only have your own personal Flaw, Pride. However, you will notice that there is a section on the right side where you can Acquire Flaws throughout the game.
