Alinity has been banned from Twitch for violating copyright laws. The streamer watched episodes of the CBS show Survivor on her Twitch channel, earning her a copyright strike that can now only be removed from her channel by completing a series of training courses known as “Copyright School.”
Booty So Big Twitch Wants to Ban It (With Alinity)
Since Survivor is a TV show that requires a subscription to the streaming service Paramount+ in order to legally stream on-demand, it should be pretty obvious why Alinity violated copyright laws.
I'm copy-struck! And I need to go to copyright school 😭🤣 pic.twitter.com/5KPcOwVdAx
As a result of her streaming copyrighted content, Alinity was issued a DMCA strike and will have to attend Copyright School as part of her journey back into good standing with Twitch. Copyright School is a Twitch program that includes a short course on copyright law, as well as a multiple-choice quiz that must be passed in order to have the strike removed from your channel.
