The Xbox Scuf Instinct Pro Controller is an expensive addition to my gaming setup, but I don't regret it for a moment.

If you’ve been gaming for a while, you know how it used to be with controllers; you could choose between the official controller or a much cheaper third-party solution that was usually much less. Times have changed. The options are vast. The cheap options are still there, but there are also a number of official options and well-made solutions from companies like Turtle Beach, PowerA, and Scuf, among many others.

Scuf is now home to the Scuf Instinct Pro for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. It’s essentially the Xbox equivalent of the Scuf Instinct Pro for PS4, and it’s a pretty cool concept. You can build your controller just like the Xbox Design Lab does, but with a few neat additions that make a difference beyond just enjoying prettier new colors.

I've had a modified Scuf Instinct Pro for a while now and was quite impressed, even if I'm a little put off by the price.
