The revamped Control Center in iOS 18 offers an easier way to reboot your iPhone. With your iPhone updated to iOS 18, open the Control Center by swiping down from the top-right corner of the screen. You’ll see a small power button. Tap it to reveal a power button. Slide that to the right and your iPhone will power off. To reboot your iPhone, hold the power button until you see the Apple logo. Isn’t that a lot faster than before?
ANY iPhone How to Reboot WITHOUT Touching the Screen
If you can’t or don’t want to upgrade to iOS 18, there’s still a trick to restart your iPhone faster. There are two ways to do this. The easiest is to ask Siri to restart your iPhone. You’ll then see a confirmation message where you can tap Restart to let Siri do the work.
The second method uses a shortcut called SCSettings, which makes it easy to access useful iPhone features that are otherwise hard to find. To access this feature, install SCSettings on your iPhone and add it to your Home screen. Tap the SCSettings button on the Home screen, then select Restart Device from the popup and tap the blue Restart button to confirm. Fortunately, both of these methods work on iOS 18 as well, making them even more convenient.
