Stop the presses. One of the main reasons I don’t organize my iPhone’s apps is because it takes too long to long-press an app, wait for it to jiggle, move it to a folder, and repeat the process for its 60 other friends. But thanks to the geniuses at Finer Tech, there’s a much, much easier way to rearrange your apps.

Here’s how it works. Press and hold an app until it starts to wiggle. Wiggle the app around a bit, and this is important, trust me. I’m not sure how much you should wiggle, but I’d err on the side of “a fair amount.” Maybe you can temporarily swap the wobbling app with another app on the page. And keep holding; wiggle that app.
Now it gets weird. Use another finger to tap on other apps that you want to move. Don’t long-press them or move them yourself. Just tap on them. They should start to clump together with your first app into one big stack of apps.
When you're done, move this stack to where you want it, like a new folder or a new page. If you drop them on a page that doesn't have enough room for your selections, your stack will bounce all the following apps to a new page.
