When it comes to hearing voices on TV shows, it’s a real struggle. Usually the action in a movie is so loud that in order to maintain a volume where you can hear the dialogue, the rest of the sound has to be blasting. It’s annoying.
Bose Solo Soundbar Series II Review Is expensive always better? #jalol
I’m a fan of action movies. And superhero shows. And suspenseful dramas. So when I went looking for a soundbar to pair with my TV, I wanted something that would project all that awesomeness but still let me hear the dialogue. I also wanted something that would fit under my TV, which sits atop an electric fireplace (ambience, anyone?). And, ever the person who wants it all, I also wanted to be able to connect to my smartphone so I could listen to my music and podcasts, and I didn’t want to pay a fortune for it all.
Enter the Bose Solo Soundbar Series II. The hardest part about finding what I wanted was size and decent sound. Nearly every home theater brand offers a soundbar these days. Some are really good. Some, not so much. But most are big… 30 inches or larger. (That’s because the average TV size is bigger, but more on that later.)
When I found this soundbar I was all excited. It’s just the right size, Bose is a good name for sound quality, and it has all the features I wanted. Might as well give it a shot, right?
