This exciting development was brought to light by Alessandro Paluzzi, a tech enthusiast known for his knack for uncovering hidden app features. Paluzzi not only discovered the feature, but also managed to create and publish a short-lived post, giving us a sneak peek of what’s to come.

Although the post disappeared within 24 hours, TechCrunch still managed to capture a screenshot.

Alessandro had also posted about this in June, when it first became clear that Threads was working on temporary, disappearing posts.
