The challenging part of today's NYT Strands is realizing that the "tidal treasures" theme is a bit over the top. Your best strategy is to take the theme literally, but tone down the "treasures" part.

Also very helpful are the double "O" at the bottom and the "ING" at the bottom left, which are great for forming non-answer words to unlock clues. I used them to unlock at least two clues, which helped me solve the rest of the puzzle and find the Spangram. If you need any additional hints, I have a few below. Let's start with the Spangram.
'Tidal treasures' are objects that are washed onto the beach by the waves.
The first letter of the Spangram is “B” and the last is “G”.
