One of the newest race types introduced in Type Soul is the Hybrid type. It’s a race branch path that players can follow by cutting ties with their original faction in order to gain ultimate powers. So if you’re interested in following this path, this is the perfect guide for you.

Even though the Halloween update is already out, the Hybrid race type has yet to be added to the base game. Yes, the developers discussed this part in the Discord channel and asked the community for their preferred requirements/criteria to get the Hybrid race in the game. After much discussion and polling, the final criteria for getting the Hybrid race were determined as follows.

So if you meet any of the above criteria, you are eligible to get the Hybrid race in the game. We will update the article with more information as developers add the content and players start getting the Hybrid race in the game.

From the patch notes it appears that the Hybrid race will not be as good, as there are several disadvantages to following this path. I have listed them all below.
