The first and most important thing to remember about the new looting system is that it only applies to Arena and Ranked matches in the game. So farming an item/accessory from a boss will not be affected, and you will receive the same loot from them as before.

So, what did the developers change regarding the looting system in ranked or arena mode? Well, instead of getting a random reroll, you now earn credit points for winning/participating in said game modes. Now you can use these credit points to reroll for essences, money, accessories and more items in the game. You can find the rarity of all reroll items in the table below.

The main selling point of the new loot system is that it guarantees that you will get a certain type of item in the game. For example, if you want a cosmetic item, you can go to the Cosmetics section and you can roll for a cosmetic type item. Previously, this was completely random, as you could receive any type of item as a drop reward for completing an arena or ranked match.
