Excel 2010 Office Clipboard, Copy Multiple Items
When you use the cut, copy, and paste commands in Excel and other Office programs, the data, including text and graphics, is moved to the Office Clipboard, which stores up to 24 of your previous entries.
The Office Clipboard task pane lets you view the items in the Office Clipboard in the order in which they were copied. In Excel, you open the Office Clipboard task pane by selecting Start and then opening the Clipboard dialog box.
If you have data, such as a list of names, that you enter repeatedly in the same order in a worksheet, using the Clipboard can simplify the task. Highlight the entire list in the worksheet, and then press Ctrl+C. The list is set as a single item in the Office Clipboard.
