The Power User Menu is available by default (you don't need to download it) in Windows 11, Windows 10, and Windows 8 as a pop-up menu with shortcuts to administration, configuration, and other Windows tools for "power users".

It is also called the Windows Tools menu, Power User Tasks menu, Power User shortcut, WinX menu, or WIN+X menu.

You can open the Power User Menu from your keyboard by pressing the WIN (Windows) key and the X key at the same time.

If you use a mouse, you can open this menu by right-clicking the Start button.
