This article explains how to customize Control Center for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch so you can use shortcuts, such as turning Bluetooth on or off or using your camera flash as a flashlight.
The Control Center customization was originally added in iOS 11 and is still available in iOS 16, but the process is a little different in the newer operating system.
Open the Settings app, scroll down and select Control Center.
Enable Access Within Apps to be able to open Control Center when using apps. However, this may break the functionality of some apps or games, in which case you can disable it.
