Paint.NET is a free raster image editor for Windows that is more powerful than the standard Microsoft Paint software, but it lacks some of the features found in Photoshop, such as custom brushes. Fortunately, a plug-in makes it possible to create and use custom brushes in Paint.NET.

Paint.NET does not have built-in support for adding plugins, so you need to install the plugin package manually:
