This article explains how to enable offline files and use Sync Center in Windows 10 Pro Edition. Offline network syncing is not available for Windows 10 Home Edition.

Before Sync Center can sync network files to your device, you must enable Offline Files:

Type control panel in the Windows search box and select the Control Panel app.

In the search box at the top right of the Control Panel, type sync center, and then select Sync Center.
