This article explains how to view the EXIF metadata in the Photos app in iOS 15.

EXIF data appears in the Photos app’s Info panel, the same place you’d look for when you took a photo or the file name. In addition to the date and file name, you can also see what type of camera or phone the photo was taken with, the photo’s resolution, and metadata about your camera settings, like shutter speed and aperture settings.
