Once you enter the Drombach County region, you will find yourself in a region in the middle of a holy war. You will soon encounter the Inquisition patrolling the roads, as well as the usual guards. The difference is that the Inquisitors will stop you, whether you are wanted or not. You will recognize them because they have the Eye as their symbol, instead of the star of the usual guards.
