I like to experiment with class builds as I go, and I change specs as my group grows and the needs of the group change. But below are the best builds I've come to rely on for every class in Wartales.
While these are the best builds for each class in my experience, your experience will of course vary. There are a lot of things to consider when choosing a class build, such as party composition and size. Some players ignore one class entirely, taking multiple characters in another class, which means you may want them to be different.
