New crafting professions are slowly introduced to you as you explore Tiltren, with a total of 11 professions available in the game. Each human companion can have multiple professions in Wartales, but only one is active at a time.
Each profession has five levels, with stat bonuses increasing with each level up, usually with a nice jump when you reach Master. It's important to pair professions with the right classes, as certain classes will benefit little to no from these bonuses. For example, your Archers and Rangers will benefit from Dexterity bonuses since they're related to the damage they deal, while melee classes are better suited to professions that give Strength bonuses.
