Most recently, as the lead writer for a global consumer electronics accessories brand, Web wrote manuals, blogs, packaging, videos, and more, all aimed at demystifying technology for users from all walks of life. Now, as a freelance writer and content strategist, Web writes for clients in the tech, education, healthcare, and hospitality industries.
Web earned his bachelor of arts degree in English from Rhodes College in 1990. He became certified in Google AdWords in 2017 and has recently gone down the rabbit hole of Google Analytics. He hopes to be certified in that dark arts by the end of 2018. He has also completed courses in photography, metal sculpture, ceramics, and grant writing.
