AI-based audio quality features improve the quality of Teams meetings and calls
The conference company on Wednesday announced new AI systems to keep conversations clear and high-resolution, even at lower bandwidths, thanks to a new AI-powered audio codec. According to the press release emailed to Lifewire, the codec will also remove noise and reverb from your voice when you’re talking in a large room.
WebEx also notes that video is getting a boost from several AI-powered tools that apply machine learning to what the company calls Super Resolution video.
