Both programs, DLGDIAG for DOS and Western Digital Dashboard, are OS independent. This means that they will work regardless of what is installed on the hard drive. However, testing is only possible on Western Digital hard drives.
The supported operating systems for Western Digital Dashboard are 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 11 and Windows 10.
