Amazon Lockers provide a secure place to store items when you don’t want to leave delivered packages unattended at home or at the office. You choose the location of the locker during checkout. Once you’re in a locker, Amazon will send you an email with more information about the locker, including when you can access it and the code you need to open the locker.
Amazon Lockers solve the problem of unattended items by providing a safe place for deliveries. Before Amazon Locker, items could be stolen, damaged by the weather, or opened by the wrong family member.

To have a future delivery sent to Amazon Locker or a hub in your apartment building, find a Prime delivery location near you and add it to your list of delivery addresses. The location you choose doesn’t necessarily have to be near your home, though. It could be near where you work or another place you frequent. You can add multiple locker locations, so consider creating a few now.
