According to Snapchat, your score is determined by a “special equation” that includes all the ways you use Snapchat, including:
The more Snaps you send and receive, and the more Stories you post, the higher your score will be. It’s unclear how often Snapchat recalculates users’ scores, but it likely refreshes at least once every week or so. It may recalculate daily or hourly to stay up to date.
To see your Snapchat score, tap on your Snapchat profile/Bitmoji photo in the top left corner of the app. Below your snapcode, you will see a number next to your username. This is your Snapchat score.
