While many structures are dismantled, you will find resources scattered around the base. However, carrying them back and forth from your old base to the new one will be a hassle. Unless players have set up a Fast Travel point, it will be difficult to move all of the resources from one place to another. There is a lot of weight to carry if you have set up the base a while ago, and without Fast Travel you will find it cumbersome.
