You can open JPG files using your web browser, such as Chrome or Firefox (drag and drop local JPG files into the browser window), and built-in Microsoft applications such as the Photo Viewer and the Paint application. If you are on a Mac, Apple Preview and Apple Photos can open the JPG file.
