This article explains what a POST code is and how to identify its meaning.
what is POST (Power On Self-Test)
A POST code is a 2-digit hexadecimal code generated during the Power On Self Test.
Before the BIOS has tested each component on the motherboard, this code can be executed to a POST test card inserted into a specific expansion slot.
If a particular part of the test fails, you can view the last generated POST code using the POST card. This will help you determine which hardware failed the first test.
