Dragon's Dogma 2 has a game-breaking disease known as Dragonsplague that can lead to mass murder. However, if you're vigilant, you can prevent this disaster from happening in the first place. Dragonsplague can only affect your beloved Pawns, but it won't appear in your status bar. Instead, you'll need to diagnose and cure this condition. In this guide, we'll explain all about Dragonsplague, including how it works, how to spot it, and how to cure it.

As I said, Dragonsplague will only affect your Pawns, not you. Normally, Pawns traveling through the Rift are vulnerable to this disease. A Pawn who recently fought a Dragon can also fall victim to it. At first, they will show symptoms (scroll down to find out), but once they reach the terminal stage, they will lose their sanity and kill every NPC in town.
Once a Pawn has been struck by Dragonsplague, they will begin to behave abnormally. This starts with coughing and sometimes touching their forehead to see if they have a fever. One thing to be aware of is that the victim's eyes will often glow red, which is a telltale sign of Dragonsplague.
You should keep an eye on your party, as they are your best chance of identifying Dragonsplague in Dragon's Dogma 2. I say this because other Pawns will comment on the affected Pawn for his unusual behavior. If you want to confirm this in person, try giving the suspected Pawn the command. If he outright disobeys you, that is a wake-up call to you that the Pawn has been affected by Dragonsplague.
