The most popular hair treatment in years since the Brazilian Blowout is Olaplex. It is a three-step hair treatment system that is mainly influenced and recognized by scientific research that could prove to be the best hair treatment for damaged hair. If you've ever daydreamed about experimenting with a dramatic platinum or icy blonde hair color, but hesitate due to the intense chemical processes and overall damage it entails, look no further than olaplex. It can help make your dream a reality. Hair damage is inevitable, especially if you color it regularly, but your damaged hair may not be a total lost cause after all!

OLAPLEX BEFORE AND AFTER ASSESSMENT | I tried every Olaplex product and this is what happened…

Olaplex hair treatment is a three-step in-salon process that repairs broken hair bonds damaged by chemical, thermal and mechanical changes. Dean Christal, the product's founder, worked with two chemists, Dr. Craig Hawker and Eric Pressly, to develop the olaplex formula.

They developed a new molecule that penetrates internally through hair strands to repair and strengthen hair where the structure has been damaged. It is free from harmful ingredients including silicones, sulfates, DEA, phthalates, aldehydes and has never been tested on animals. And luckily, olaplex is made for all hair types!

The product is derived from a patented active ingredient called Bis-Aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate that works internally and claims to rebuild broken disulfide bonds in the hair, strengthening the hair with each treatment. In other words: Olaplex for hair multiplies the bonds and helps to fuse broken hair bonds back together. It is created to prevent further hair damage and breakage during and after the hair coloring process, and to repair existing damaged hair.
