There may be talk of TikTok being banned in the US, but the short-video sharing app doesn’t seem to be fazed by it. TikTok is still busy updating its app to keep its users entertained and at the forefront of social media. Recently, TikTok introduced a much-anticipated feature. Users can now ‘Stitch’ a new ending to spice up old videos! Here’s everything you need to know about it.
How to Sew on TikTok! (2022)
TikTok users have been asking for a way to edit old videos for a while now. And honestly, that sounds like a pretty cool feature. Who wouldn’t want to go back and fix up some old videos?
The new feature allows you to stitch a new ending to your existing videos. Not only that, you can also edit other users' videos and post them on your profile! The catch is that the other user has to allow their videos to be stitched. You can only use the stitching feature if the user has allowed it for their video.
The Stitch feature allows you to add five seconds of your own footage to an existing video. You are not limited to adding your content at the end of the video. You can even stitch at any point in the video. The only limitation is that it can be a maximum of five seconds.
