What is Windows 10 Action Center?

Windows Action Center actually got its start on the ill-fated Windows Phone 8.1. Then it came to Windows 10 in mid-2015. Some people find it annoying, and others love being able to do things from one simple place.
Look at the right side of your taskbar. You should see an icon that looks like a speech bubble. Click on it to see the different settings and apps you can control there, as well as different notifications. Note that the icon doesn’t always look the same. Every little change to the icon tells you something.
