In 2024, World of Warcraft will celebrate its 20th anniversary. Blizzard will probably hold a special event for this, and many of you may be wondering when it will start.
A toast to 15 years
Every year, Blizzard hosts a special event in WoW’s Caverns of Time, where you can defeat unique bosses, earn the annual anniversary mount, and complete fun little quests for Timewarped Badges. This year, WoW is celebrating its 20th anniversary, and I have no doubt that Blizzard has special treats in store for all who participate.
Here's when to expect WoW's 20th Anniversary Event.
While Blizzard hasn't revealed an exact release date for WoW's 20th anniversary event, you can expect it to start in November 2024 and end in early December, ahead of the Feast of the Winter Veil. In 2023, the event ran from November 16 to December 7, and I'm expecting something similar for the 20th anniversary celebration.
