Players can obtain the Chrome Compressor in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty by purchasing it from Ripperdocs in Dogtown. Since the Pacifica subdistrict is exclusive to the DLC, players will not be able to access the area without it. This makes it impossible to have the Chrome Compressor in the base game.

That being said, one of the ripperdocs you can buy the Chrome Compressor from is Eron. You can find him in the EBM Petrochem Stadium in Dogtown in the game. Another way to get the Chrome Compressor is to loot it via Airdrops. You can find them while wandering around Dogtown.
