If you want to get Oscar's Auto Frenzy Shotgun in Fortnite, you'll need to find his spot and take it from him.

Unlike other traditional NPCs in Fortnite Chapter Five, Season Three, Oscar doesn’t offer you any favors. Instead, you can only challenge him to a duel, and if you win the fight, he’ll drop his Auto Frenzy Shotgun as a reward. While he’s not a Medallion-equipped Wasteland Warrior, he does have a Mythic weapon. You should try to fight him early in the match to get your hands on a killer shotgun and increase your chances of a Victory Royale.

Oscar is located in the southernmost mansion in Classy Courts in Fortnite. He usually spends his time on the balcony, relaxing in the sun, or wandering around the mansion playing with his swords. He is not hostile like other bosses, and he will only fight you if you provoke him by talking to him.

You won’t get his weapon if you take him out right away without challenging him to a duel. Therefore, always talk to him first and shoot him after the challenge has started. Even though Classy Courts isn’t a popular hot drop, the gunfire can attract unwanted attention from nearby players, and they can interrupt your fight to surprise you. To avoid this, you should thoroughly loot the mansion and prepare for a possible skirmish.
