You begin this Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes quest in the Ruined Fortress. You'll need to recruit four people to progress the story, all of whom are relatively close by but not always clearly part of this quest.
You can find Martha in the Ruined Fortress at the location marked on the map above. After catching up on your old village, she will join you.
