Anais is in Albion and uses the items you find to create new Descendants for you to use, like Bunny. This is the only way to unlock free Descendants and items for them without having to use Caliber, the in-game currency.

Anais is located in the far west of Albion in The First Descendant. She can be identified by an icon with a circle in the center with three other circles pointing outwards in a triangle shape.
