Archie is missing. The mechanical dog has wandered from his usual spot and guards must find him in various locations around the tower as part of the new "Where's Archie" questline.

The "Where in the system is Archie" series of quests will task players with finding Archie in various locations. This activity began with Into the Light, which also brought the returning BRAVE weapon set and the Onslaught activity.
Archie's usual spot is directly across from Ada-1, but the robot dog won't be there while this quest is available. If you go to his signature location, you'll see a set of green paw prints, prompting you to follow them. Interacting with the prints starts the quest Where in the Tower is Archie?
Instead of petting him just outside Ada’s Loom, you’ll have to track down Archie in multiple locations throughout the tower before he returns to his spot and brings you a (presumably drool-worthy) gift. Finding Archie the first time will unlock the Blue Steel shader. Of course, an in-game pop-up will also appear informing you that you can now purchase an Archie plushie from the Bungie Store.
