Dragon's Dogma 2 Bay Wayside Shrine Location
The Bay Wayside Shrine is located southeast of the map, right next to a camp. To reach the shrine on foot, you'll need to head to the Olta'Battahl Coastline, a camp on a sandy beach south of the map. I've also marked the exact location in the image above for your convenience.
From there, you can follow a narrow strip of land that runs north through the ocean, leading to a small island with the shrine. Be careful though, as the water is full of dangerous sea creatures that can attack you along the way. You can also encounter some bandits and harpies on the island, so be prepared for a fight.
The easiest way to get to the shrine is to use a portcrystal or ferrystone to fast travel there, if you already have one placed. This will save you a lot of time and hassle, and will give you access to the shrine vendor whenever you want.
