How to get to Bayle the Dread & Jagged Peak – Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree (Location & Guide)
Bayle the Dread is a mighty dragon found in the Jagged Peaks, specifically at the top, in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree. To reach this location, you'll need to go through the Dragon Pit, a mini-dungeon that leads to the Jagged Peaks. Make sure to find Igon north of the Dragon Pit entrance before you go in. I've marked the path you need to take to reach the top of the Jagged Peaks.
The Jagged Peaks themselves are fairly linear; however, make sure you take the correct path first to find the Dragon Priestess and the Grand Altar of Dragon Communion. You may receive a quest to defeat Bayle the Dread, but this is also where you'll need to take Bayle's Heart after defeating him. You'll also encounter Igon fighting a Drake along the way. Finally, you'll need to jump over several Spiritsprings to reach the top and face Bayle the Dread.
Before you take on Bayle the Dread, you'll need to be prepared, as he's quite tough. There are several buffs you'll need to utilize, most notably Scadutree Fragments and Igon's Golden Summon, which you can obtain by completing his questline.
