The Meat of the Matter is one of the optional quests that requires players to deliver two Lumps of Meat to the Meowscular Chef in Monster Hunter World. Players can find and collect the two Lumps of Meat in Monster Hunter World in Area 13 of Rotten Vale. You will encounter the Raphinos Carcass in the Odogaron's lair. The very first thing you will want to do is fast travel to the Central Camp (11) in the game. We recommend doing the quest once you have unlocked the Camp, as it makes things a lot easier.

Before heading to Rotten Vale and entering Odogaron's Den, we recommend equipping the Ghille Mantle, as the Lumps of Meat will attract various monsters to attack you. Additionally, you'll also need stamina-restoring food, as these delivery missions can drain a lot of it very quickly. Additionally, players can also equip items or abilities that reduce stamina depletion, such as the Dash Juice or Marathon Runner in MHW.
