Rellana's Cameo is a new Talisman in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree that you can combine with Stances, making it perfect for a weapon like the Backhand Blades. Here's how to get your hands on Rallana's Cameo once you enter the Shadow Realm.

Rellana's Cameo can be found in Enis Castle past Enis Castle Site of Grace. Go through Enis Castle until you reach the locked gate. From the gate, go right and drop down the hole. Defeat the enemies or run past them until you reach the open area. After exiting the cave, go left and jump over the rocks to reach the top of the waterfall. Once you are in the river, go forward and climb the ladder on your left.

Upstairs is a storage room full of enemies: defeat them and go outside, then turn left. Go up the stairs and defeat the enemies there. When faced with a choice, take the right path, which leads to a rocky path overlooking a chasm where Aristocrat enemies await you. Defeat the Aristocrats there and go up the stairs. At the top of the stairs, turn left and prepare for a confrontation with Moonrithyll, Carian Knight. After you win the fight, go forward into the shrine and grab Rellana's Cameo from the altar inside.

Rellana's Cameo affects the new mechanic, Stances; by using Talismans to enhance the Ashes of War stances, you can perform the attacks with altered effects or extra power. This is what Rellana's Cameo does in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.
