Shortly after you arrive at the house, the main character mentions that his father keeps his mother's number on his phone. His father usually keeps his phone in his room, which means he needs to explore the master bedroom. It's located to the right of Oswald's room. You need to work your way down hallway 2 and take the door on the northeast side of the map in FNAF: Into The Pit.
Unfortunately, when you get to the room, you will see your possessed father lying on the bed. You can see his phone on the nightstand. You can only get to it if you send the creature away. You can do this by going back to hallway 2 and going to hallway 1, by walking through your house on the west side.
