If you're having trouble keeping track of the dozens of characters in Wuthering Waves, you're not alone. Even if you've been following teasers and leaks ahead of the game's release, the name Camellya might not ring a bell, as the character was originally going to be called Chun.
Camellya vs Rover Cutscene Wuthering Waves
Now that the game is out, we have plenty of confirmed facts about Camellya, including her design, her affiliation, her relationship with Rover, and perhaps most importantly, whether or not she'll be a playable character in the future. Read on for a breakdown of who exactly Camellya is in Wuthering Waves, and whether or not you can recruit her as a playable Resonator. This guide contains some very minor spoilers for Chapter 1.
Camellya's story remains a mystery in Wuthering Waves, but this is more a matter of intent than a lack of detailed information.
Camellya actually first appears in Chapter One of the game when Rover arrives in Jinzhou. Assuming you didn’t skip the cutscene (thank goodness we can finally skip cutscenes), you might remember a perfectly normal encounter where a mysterious woman sat in a tree outside of town, stalking Rover, Yangyang, and Chixia as they entered the city.
